Laboratory Analysis & Field Trials   (back to top)

Kalsep UK Ltd. has full laboratory analysis capabilities in Camberley, where we can carry out product analysis and provide full reports on customer samples.

We appreciate that potential and existing customers require confidence in new technologies and Kalsep UK Ltd. has invested significantly in field trial equipment to demonstrate all our technologies.  These trials are supported by a detailed report on the results and recommendations.

Kalsep UK Ltd has access to the latest AUTOCAD programmes together with 2D and 3D Modelling software.  All of our purpose-built filtration skids are designed to meet exacting tolerances.  We also design control cabinets, compressor and pump skids and dosing sets for various municipal and industrial applications.

Kalsep UK Ltd has a 6500 sq ft, clean, light and modern manufacturing facility with eaves height of over 6 metres.  All of our products are built to ISO 9001:2000 standards.  Our highly experienced workforce of qualified electrical and mechanical engineers are trained to deal with all aspects of the production process and are sensitive to customer needs and requirements.

In addition to ‘in house’ manufacture, Kalsep UK Ltd’s management team - with over 20 years experience in water treatment applications - has the ability to project manage site installations, commissioning and servicing of all our products to ensure customer satisfaction.  Additionally, we are able to service and support competitors’ products and installations.

Once a system has been commissioned and handed over to the client, a period of training and monitoring takes place to ensure that the equipment performs to the highest level.  Thereafter, Kalsep UK Ltd. provides a full range of after sales services to support customers and this can be tailored to suit every need.

Our Service team is dedicated to providing the best after sales care possible.  Our service engineers are experienced and knowledgeable and endeavour to get your equipment running to optimum in the quickest possible time.  24-hour telephone response for emergencies is available our engineers can often be on site by 7am the next day, depending on location.
